This is one of the most fun and satisfying hustles you’ll find, but it takes time and tenacity. If 15 calls a day ain’t cutting it, be ready to dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls. If hitting up 5 open houses a weekend doesn’t work, gear up to visit 10, 25, or 50! Our Loan Officers grind beyond banking hours

This is a remote position. Responsibilities
Source your own leads and develop a pipeline to meet or exceed targets. Dial 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed. Visit open houses when required and engage with potential borrowers. Work beyond traditional hours; after-hours calls and weekends as part of performance expectations. Close loans with the support of the team, leveraging the lender network and product portfolio.
