Evaluate Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bid specifications and drawings to ensure the project can be bid, won, and executed. Aggressively follow up with subcontractors to ensure quotes are received in a timely manner. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently. 3+ years of experience working on trenchless construction projects Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field is desired but not required Estimating experience in the construction industry is desired, with heavy preference for trenchless projects Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with AutoCAD, HCSS, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam is desired AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
