We are working with a growing middle-market company seeking a
Senior Corporate Accountant
to join their team in Greenville, SC. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounting processes while working closely with finance leadership on special projects and process improvements. Direct message the job poster from Connexa Search Group Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies and variances Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and account analysis Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation Partner with leadership on ad hoc projects, process enhancements, and system initiatives Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting and/or corporate experience valued Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with intercompany accounting experience strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their technical skills, gain exposure to intercompany accounting, and contribute to strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment.
