Your Role You'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing executive talent with leading acute care hospitals across the country.
Your day will include
Sourcing and recruiting executive leaders through market research, outreach, referrals, and data tools
Cold calling, screening, and assessing candidate experience, skills, and fit
Managing relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Scheduling and tracking calls, interviews, and follow-ups
Keeping our CRM database sharp and up-to-date
What You Bring
2–5+ years of experience crushing it in sales, recruiting, or people-first roles
A natural communicator who connects, influences, and builds trust with ease

Tech-comfortable: LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools — you’ve got it covered
