Financial Analyst- P&L Review

Cornerstone Caregiving . We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical P&L Review Analyst to oversee the review and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of P&L statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Analyze financial performance trends, variances, and key drivers impacting profitability Work closely with finance, operations, and accounting teams to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes by utilizing P&L trends and historical data Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance and key metrics Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial close processes Assist in special projects, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis as needed Establish budgetary analysis frameworks to evaluate spending patterns and optimize financial planning Qualifications and Skills
