Responsibilities
Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions Conduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositions Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results‑driven litigation Qualifications
2 or more years personal injury experience (this is required) JD from an ABA accredited law school Member of the Florida Bar Strong verbal and written communication and people skills Professionalism and prioritization of client service and representation Experience and knowledge on how to evaluate value of claims Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Salary, Schedule & Benefits
Salary: $90K - $160K (based on experience) Employment Type: Full‑Time Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST Health benefits; pretax health care and dependent care saving accounts; life insurance; paid time off and holidays; 401(k) match Confidential counseling services, mental health support, and financial guidance Additional Information
