We’re a 3rd generation family-owned custom picture framing business with 38 years of history and a reputation for exceptional quality. Our slogan is "You're Going to Love It". We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone with experience in the field who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Responsibilities
Art Printing: Utilize Affinity, Corel, Color Munki, Contex scanner, Epson scanner, Epson printers, and other resources to complete client printing orders. Utilize Spectra task management software to enter and process printing orders. Proactive, creative order management and completion through phone, email, in-person according to company standards and customer expectations. Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Production: Mount and fit artwork for custom framing orders, including but not limited to posters, prints, fine art, needlework, puzzles, jerseys and clothes, memorabilia, heirlooms. Participate in completing production tasks, including but not limited to cutting mats and foam, puttying frame joins, restocking materials, staging materials, checking in deliveries. Utilize Lifesaver POS to process custom framing and printing orders. Communicate and collaborate with other team members. What We’re Looking For
Previous image editing experience a must, preferably non-destructive editing. Confidence navigating a computer, reading a ruler, fractions, decimals, and basic power/hand tools. Prior custom picture framing experience (helpful). Excellent hand skills and eye for detail. Confidence using hand tools and reading measurements. A genuine care for quality and customer satisfaction. Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours/week (8 hr daytime shift). Five-day work week with every other Saturday required. Sundays off. Occasional evening and overtime hours, especially during our busy season (November–January). Additional opportunities may be available based on conditions. Benefits
