Base pay range $60.00/hr - $66.00/hr
Adecco is recruiting a Talent Performance & Insights Analyst. In this position you will play a key role in driving the measurement, tracking, and reporting of performance across the Talent organization. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Optimization Lead and collaborate with a large department (12+ team members) as well as cross-functional and global teams including People Analytics and Finance.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Talent Optimization Lead to define, refine, and operationalize KPIs aligned to strategic Talent objectives.
Maintain dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time visibility into Talent program outcomes.
Monitor progress against KPIs, identify trends or gaps, and surface insights for course correction.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency for leadership reporting.
Partner with People Analytics, Finance, and People & Culture teams to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
Support quarterly and annual reviews by preparing performance summaries, PowerPoint presentations, and trend analyses for QBRs and leadership discussions.
Develop evidence-based narratives that highlight key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Maintain a regular cadence of reporting across Talent initiatives aligned with strategic milestones.
Track and document process improvements; update documentation once approved by leadership.
Ensure data integrity and manage execution risks and dependencies proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Talent COEs, People Analytics, and P&C stakeholders to align measurement standards and reporting practices.
Contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through consistent performance tracking and transparency.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR operations, finance, performance management, or data analytics.
Advanced Excel (pivots, formulas, forecasting, and financial modeling).
Proficient in creating dashboards and visual stories from data.
Power BI or other BI tools (preferred).
Prior experience in biotech or pharma and/or working within an HR department highly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and storytelling ability.
Skilled in preparing and presenting insights to leadership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or a related field.
