Overview

The role seeks a results-driven and analytical leader to champion Lean and Six Sigma practices, lead Kaizen initiatives, and ensure process efficiency and data integrity. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in Quality Assurance, KPI development, and continuous improvement is ideal for this position. Essential Job Functions

Process Improvement Leadership Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Facilitate Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve process flow. Mentor and train leadership in continuous improvement practices. Quality Assurance & Compliance Develop and implement quality frameworks aligned with internal and external standards. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Maintain quality documentation and audit procedures. Data Integrity & Analysis Ensure data accuracy across operational systems and reporting platforms. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance. KPI Development & Performance Monitoring Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards. Translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Technical & Analytical Tools Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and AI assistants (e.g., Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Grok) for analysis and reporting. Leadership & Communication Communicate effectively across departments and with senior leadership. Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred). Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred). 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operational excellence roles. Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Co-Pilot/Chat GPT/Grok, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
