$45/hour Duration:
4-5 months Hybrid in Dallas preferred Experience Required
Experience managing civil litigation, including in the consumer, commercial, financial services, intellectual property, contract, and regulatory contexts Experience with arbitration, including enforcement of agreements to arbitrate Experience managing regulatory investigations, internal investigations, and document and testimonial discovery Experience managing and responding to subpoenas Experience in pursuing affirmative claims on behalf of the Company, including demand for payment under contracts with third parties Knowledge and understanding of the administrative process and legal compliance risks. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and handle high volumes of paperwork with detailed and diverse content Deadline oriented with good time management skills Good computer skills and knowledge of multiple PC applications LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
