The Brand Representative is engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, with a keen awareness of the store environment. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way, making the customer the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
