Overview

Carrier Energy Marketing Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational success and flawless execution of marketing campaigns that drive Carrier Energy’s brand visibility and Utility program adoption. This role leads planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events to boost engagement and business results, including marketing reporting, digital campaigns, creative project management, copywriting, event management, and maintaining the editorial marketing calendar. Responsibilities

Design and deliver tracking and reporting for Carrier Energy marketing activation Act as project manager and lead on Carrier Energy creative assets and campaign development Support campaign and event activation needs Manage Carrier Energy editorial calendar for marketing activations Support design and execution of digital campaigns Marketing Operations: streamline marketing activities, set best practices, optimize processes and workflows; build operational systems with advanced tools; manage planning, forecasting and budgeting; act as PMO for key programs; coordinate with marketing vendors, agencies and suppliers Marketing & Communications Strategy: assist leadership in medium- to long-term direction, themes, issues/opportunities, market assessments, budgeting, process timelines; help implement a formal planning framework and KPIs Marketing Development & Effectiveness: talent development, global learning agenda, upskilling, and addressing skills gaps Customer Education: develop educational content (webinars, tutorials, user manuals); design training content to improve product knowledge and customer experience Product Launch & Literature: create and manage product literature and training materials; develop launch plans to ensure timely market introduction Promotional Program Management: develop promotional strategies and roadmaps; deliver high-impact programs for residential products in coordination with brands and business units Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of marketing experience or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of marketing experience 4+ years of experience in the utility, energy or HVAC industry Ability to travel up to 20% domestically Preferred: Proven success in developing marketing operations systems, campaign development, and project management with a creative agency Experience in digital campaigns and marketing automation; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
