Position Manager of Content Strategy Polo. This role focuses on growing our online presence for the Men’s Polo category by developing social strategies that shape brand voice, engage consumers, and drive measurable growth through content and campaigns across digital channels. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a consistent plan across global platforms, and a strong understanding of social media best practices, storytelling for men’s fashion, awareness of the luxury landscape, and creativity in dynamic, social-first content.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and campaign goals.
Collaborate with agency and cross-functional teams to develop content and campaigns across social platforms.
Partner with the talent and influencer team to identify campaign and always-on content.
Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement for Mens Polo across all Ralph Lauren social handles.
Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports using internal and external tools.
Present regular performance updates to leadership in a clear, compelling format.
Serve as a digital expert across Ralph Lauren’s owned and social channels, understanding user behavior, journeys, and platform evolution to acquire and engage users.
Deliver innovative, brand-elevating content to support key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
Leverage defined content types and priority platforms to support product storytelling and marketing campaigns that create original content aligned with RL objectives.
Maintain the storytelling and publishing cadence to support audience growth across channels.
Collaborate with design, marketing, paid teams, and regional partners to align on digital content needs, gain approvals, and share performance results.
Define KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions, and communicate results to cross-functional teams to drive future strategies.
Support crisis communication and align with corporate communications on messaging.
Qualifications
Experience in social media management preferred.
Proven track record to grow social media channels and increase engagement.
Skilled in content development and live publishing.
Proficient in using social media analytics and reporting.
Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and real-time decision-making skills.
Exhibit digital curiosity with a passion for learning emerging platforms.
Maintain strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
