Lead and develop a high-performing visual merchandising team with responsibility for the store’s visual proposition. Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales. Act as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising; coach colleagues to deliver an inspiring visual proposition aligned to Primark’s standards. Manage the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns; provide direction and inspiration to the team to deliver effective campaigns. Hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers; ensure adherence to operating standards, control stock costs, and follow Primark guidelines on POS and pricing for displays. At least 4 years of prior experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role with experience managing a team at a high-volume retailer. Ability to adapt plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to relate to customer needs and to lead, motivate, and inspire the team. Resilient with proven leadership ability and the capacity to give constructive feedback. Excellent creative skills to deliver an inspiring visual proposition while maximizing sales. Exceptional people and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and management. Consultation and advisory capabilities with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels. Strategically minded, organized, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and prioritize work schedules within agreed timescales. Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness. Strong service focus with experience delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards. Effective communication in English with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in English. Pay range:
$60,840 - $82,160. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum at the time of posting. The base pay may vary by geographic region and other factors.
