Overview
Insight Global is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager to support technical sales for power transformers at a new factory in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you’ll help create detailed sales proposals by working with different teams like engineering, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for putting together pricing, getting internal approvals, and supporting the sales team during customer negotiations. Once a deal is closed, you’ll hand off the project to the execution team. This position will start while the factory is still being built, so you’ll also help set up processes, improve offerings, and work closely with a high-performing team to get everything ready for when operations begin. Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Salary Range: $115k - $130k Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a combination of related work experience Strong Technical knowledge and experience in the Large Power Transformers Industry is required 5+ years of successful experience in Project Management, Sales, Proposals, Application Engineering Able to read and understand technical and commercial specifications and requirements (data sheets, drawings, diagrams, TCs, etc) Able to understand customer\'s requirements (either technical or commercial) and manage a compelling strategy proposal Experience developing and executing large proposals (minimum 1 million) Excellent oral and writing skills with internal and external organization Ability to travel up to 15% domestically Located or willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC USA area Seniority level
