CDL-A - Regional Van Truckload Driver Overview

Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay and Home Time

Average pay: $960-$1,175 weekly

Home time: Every other week

Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Weekly performance pay

Sign-On Bonus and Bonuses

$6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers

$3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers

Mileage incentive: Potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal

Paid orientation

Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year

Home Time and Schedule

Schedule: Full-time

Drivers are deployed regionally with approximately bi-weekly home time

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

HazMat endorsement preferred

Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities
