As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our company, passionate about our products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You bring our brand to life in-store and represent our company values, bringing your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities
Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Support the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity. You'd Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
