We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in our Marblehead office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, brings strong media relations skills, and has a passion for shaping meaningful brand stories.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior leadership on major accounts, ensuring seamless execution of client initiatives.
Take the lead on day-to-day client work, including drafting press materials, developing campaigns, and managing deliverables.
Drive media relations efforts: pitch stories, build relationships with journalists, secure coverage, and track results.
Draft strategic PR plans, meeting agendas, and client reports that demonstrate creativity, strategy, and measurable outcomes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns, ensuring quality work and professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of public relations agency experience; experience in consumer, outdoor, and B2B sectors is required.
Demonstrated success in media outreach and building strong media relationships.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
