As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, using a friendly, “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who loves interacting with people and has energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Passion for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. Age 16 or older. Brand Ambassador Benefits
