Monday-Thursday (9 hours/day, in-office) & Friday (4 hours remote) Assignment Length:

Responsibilities

Manage governance matters for multiple corporate subsidiaries Maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements Coordinate and document corporate transactions, including mergers, formations, and dissolutions Update and manage officer/director slates, organizational charts, and entity management records Partner with internal departments (Finance, Tax, and Legal) to ensure accuracy of subsidiary data Draft, review, and maintain board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and other governance documentation Support special legal projects and filings as needed Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Paralegal Certification 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate governance or entity management Strong knowledge of corporate structures, transactions, and compliance documentation Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a multinational or publicly traded organization Proficiency with entity management software and document management systems Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field Skills & Competencies

Exceptional drafting, organization, and follow-up skills Deep understanding of corporate structures and governance best practices Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating across departments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal management tools Interested candidates please reference job code 135884 when responding to this ad.
