Overview
Assistant Community Manager - Signature Point at Greystar. This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities
Complete daily financial operations: collect and post rent and other payments, prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, prepare financial reports, and process invoices and payables. Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensure data accuracy with updates and backups to maintain system integrity. Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, implement delinquency procedures, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue. Review and submit vendor invoices for payment by reconciling work performed, obtaining approval, coding charges to the correct accounts, and coordinating between vendor/contractor, accounting, and client/owner as needed. Follow established procedures related to evictions, including notice requirements and representation in court as required. Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms, applying applicable fees, and processing dispositions per established procedures and legal requirements. Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner and addressing service issues appropriately. Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager by organizing daily work, coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance supervisor, and ensuring operations comply with company policies and procedures. Assist in managing client/owner relationships by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing performance updates, and responding to owner requests as needed. Qualifications
Requirements: 1-2 years of related experience (ACM experience preferred, Onesite/RealPage experience). Schedule: Thursday–Monday; Unit Count: 262; Property Type: Stabilized. Benefits and Compensation
Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.50 Additional compensation: bonus programs may apply depending on role (corporate vs onsite).
