$21.00/hr - $27.30/hr Senior Living Universal Worker NOC Shift | Sunday and Monday: 10:45pm - 6:45am Responsibilities

Our Universal Workers are responsible for: Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Support tasks to assist residents and maintain community operations. Maintenance: Performs general maintenance as needed or assigned, including defrosting refrigerators; changing light bulbs and A/C filters; checking fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency lights monthly; completing maintenance work orders; and creating work orders for more specific maintenance needed. Maintenance: Ensure walls, floors, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in common areas are properly maintained and repaired. Maintenance: Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner, including painting walls and cleaning carpets. Maintenance: Maintain and repair in-house plumbing as needed. Maintenance: Provide minor electrical work within units and in common areas. Maintenance: Complete all work orders in a timely manner, noting any other work that needs completed at the location not listed on the work order. Maintenance: Document safety issues and physical plan deficiencies related to local, county, state, and federal guidelines. Maintenance: Assist Maintenance Supervisor in preventative maintenance and cleaning of community vehicles. Maintenance: Assist with training and development of safety procedures and hazard communications. Maintenance: Respond to accidents and emergencies based on established protocol. Maintenance: Paint common areas and vacant apartments. Housekeeping: Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices, including lobby, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, model and vacant apartments. Housekeeping: Wash, dry, fold, and return community and resident laundry. Housekeeping: Stock supplies in common areas, restrooms, laundry carts, etc. Housekeeping: Wash interior windows and fixtures. Housekeeping: Food service and dining room setup, including updating menus, correct table setup, and ensuring furnishings are clean. Housekeeping: Set up for special events. Support: Deliver papers, flyers, etc. to resident apartments; answer phones; collect and organize information, make copies, file, create brochures for prospective residents, stock office supplies, and assist with mailings. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred. Meet background check and specific requirements upon request. Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. Physical requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
