CMT Technical Services . Location: Centennial, CO. Compensation: $35–$45/hour (depending on experience and certifications). Employment type: Full-time; Non-Exempt. Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary based on project needs. What You'll Be Doing
Perform structural inspections in accordance with applicable codes, project specifications, and Chapter 17 of the International Building Code (IBC). Conduct inspections and testing for concrete, masonry, structural steel, welding, and fireproofing materials. Perform soil density and concrete testing and accurately report findings. Interpret drawings and specifications to verify compliance with codes and engineer requirements. Communicate inspection results and project requirements clearly with Project Managers, Contractors, Engineers, and Testing Technicians. Prepare detailed, legible inspection reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Maintain all required certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and CMT policies. Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a client-focused attitude on all job sites. Submit timecards and datasheets daily, and ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained. What You Have
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and perform calculations. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection, materials testing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of testing procedures, construction materials, and inspection methods. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding up to 100 feet, and work in varying field conditions. Excellent communication skills and a professional client-facing demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What Will Make You Stand Out
