Summary An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts.
Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
Provide accurate project management of project orders
Engage with multiple customer types including contractor, government, commercial and industrial
Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
Enter orders for different jobs for different customers
Setup certain customers on blankets
Follow up on product deliveries
Help counter with sales
Courtesy and politeness toward customers
Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED
1-2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred
Solid customer service background
Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred
Good and dependable mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills
Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
Salary: $18 to 24 / hour with commission potential
