Own the Integrated Business Plan Process for the assigned portfolio of products. This includes significant commercial partnership in the US monthly Demand Reviews, and global brand responsibilities with key supply chain partners. Develop an understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic influence, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic areas. Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success (IMSC leadership/Organization and Commercial leadership/organization). Collaborate with key stakeholders (QA, VCM, Plan, Deliver, others) to participate in IMT meetings related to the portfolio. Ensure MAPE and BIAS are continuously improving. Lead demand events in a volatile business environment. Conduct advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to improve the organization’s Demand Planning strategy. Ensure data accuracy is reflected in main Demand intake systems (Anaplan & OMP). Lead demand allocations. Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree or MBA and/or focused degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or Analytics preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience; pharmaceutical/healthcare supply chain/planning experience; ability to influence business partners and build consensus; strong analytical skills and business sense. Preferred: Experience with Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Commercial Quality; demonstrated end-to-end thinking and learning agility; experience leading/managing projects or initiatives; ability to build robust working relationships cross-functionally and cross company; familiarity with planning systems (SAP, Anaplan) and processes (IBP, SnOP, monthly planning cycle).
