Responsibilities
Lead system-wide risk management initiatives as full time Medical Director
Demonstrate expertise in clinical documentation and medical chart review
Serve as a key liaison to medical staff and patients
Provide trusted clinical guidance to the risk management department, supporting decision making and risk mitigation
Oversee patient grievance procedures
Support a generous benefits package to promote work-life balance
Requirements
MD or DO with at least five years of clinical experience
