Lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft® initiative and manage the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance coaching, engagement, and training initiatives. Drive local store marketing activities and work to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining food quality and guest experience. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality service and performance. Qualifications
At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience. Impressive examples of delivering exceptional customer service. Eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation
Salary: $56,160 - $84,240 per year. The salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on factors including experience, education, training, and location. Benefits
