Senior Client Success Manager - Programmatic at Zeta Global. This role is hybrid out of our New York City, NY office. Responsibilities
Rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of Zeta’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them convincingly to prospects and customers. Launch and manage cross-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns in partnership with clients and internal teams to help clients connect with their customers. Lead weekly client status meetings while discussing campaign reporting, optimizations & insights. Collaborate with sales to provide strategic upsell recommendations when performance and/or offerings align with customer’s business needs. Prepare and conduct high impact reporting presentations in collaboration with analytics. Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction levels with every customer interaction. Qualifications
3+ years' experience in programmatic advertising within the Account Management/Client Success or similar function (i.e. Media Planning experience). Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively with all levels of the decision process. Strong work ethic with a reputation as a "go-getter" and "rainmaker". Comprehensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, with careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Highly detail-oriented with ability to handle and prioritize many projects at the same time. Interpersonal skills, intelligent and outgoing with strong communication abilities. Passion for digital media and thorough understanding of the programmatic advertising industry. Strong analytic skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel. Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance. Willingness to travel as needed. Benefits
