Ultimate Staffing is excited to partner with one of our amazing clients in Glen Rock, NJ in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive office environment and enjoys working with people. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office staff and management. Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence. Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Support with other general office duties as needed. Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why You'll Love This Role
