Concierge - Part Time - Hiring Immediately! Schedule: Friday & Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Pay Range: $18.87 - $19.00 per hour (depends on experience). Prior experience is not required - Will Train!

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and fulfill resident requests; arrange property tours as needed.
Answer a multi-line telephone and provide clerical support to the administrative staff.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls promptly.
Manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB tests).
May be required to vaccinate and participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE per regulatory guidelines.
