Overview
Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana. The Golf Retail Associate role supports Members and guests with product knowledge and sales, aligned with Yellowstone Club’s standards and expectations. The upcoming Summer season runs June 1 – October 1. Responsibilities
Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise. Provide the highest level of customer service. Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked. Assist in the maintenance of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Properly execute all relevant register functions. Assist with tee time and reservation requests. Ensure merchandise is neat, clean, and pressed for presentation in the Golf Shop to the Club’s standards. Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework; good interpersonal communication skills; one to two years’ experience in customer service. Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. Previous cash handling experience. Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages). Able to interact and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, co-workers, and management. Able to work weekends and holidays as needed (these are our busiest times). Position Details
