As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our company’s success. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential SMB clients through multiple channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events) and develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Sales Cycle Management: Conduct needs assessments, present and demonstrate products/services, prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals with pricing and contract terms. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders; act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process. Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize contracts to close business, and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Market and Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; maintain a deep understanding of product/service offerings for SMB clients. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline status. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales development, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts; participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in an SMB sales environment. Experience in the Ecommerce or Consumer Goods industry. Experience working with Ecommerce Agency partners is a plus. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
