Hours & Schedule
Full-time position
Consistent daytime schedule aligned with school hours
Follows the school district’s academic calendar
Position Highlights
Work in a structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays off

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
Active state-level licensure or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous experience working in schools or with children required
Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Modify general education curriculum to meet the needs of each student
Provide specialized instruction in one-on-one or small group settings
Track student progress and update IEPs throughout the school year
Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and IEP team members
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and district guidelines
