The Administrative Assistant role entails working to provide support to the CAO of Global Finance as well as other professionals as needed within the Finance team. This role will be based in the Berkeley Heights office. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants Coordinate complex global travel planning, schedules, and itineraries Answer calls and act as a gatekeeper Act as backup support for other senior professionals Book conference rooms for internal and external meetings Assist with business expense management in Concur Maintain Outlook contacts Track incoming requests for information Maintain and organize digital files Work on various ad-hoc projects Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting high touch senior executives Professional integrity Thrives in a dynamic environment while, at times, under competing priorities Proactive individual who works well within a team and with other assistants Works well with various levels of management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated and enthusiastic Multi-tasks and prioritizes competing priorities while meeting deadlines Experience coordinating travel arrangements Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook Familiarity with Concur Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual base salary range:
$70,000 - $130,000 . Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
