Customer Success & Sales Representative Location: Marlton, NJ (Office Based). Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right candidate). Mon–Fri with flexibility around core hours. Very occasional weekend availability and/or travel required. Salary: $40,000-45,000 (based on skills and experience) + uncapped commission potential. About Us

Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers through calls, email, and virtual meetings. Deliver expert product knowledge and tailored solutions for drone services, equipment, and accessories. Proactively follow up on leads, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Support customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, and post-sale care. Manage online and POS transactions, shipping logistics, and keep our online store up to date. Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth procurement and timely delivery. Design creative sales bundles and promotions that delight our customers. Represent Influential Drones at conferences, demos, and outreach events—be the face of innovation! What We’re Looking For

3+ years in sales or account management (B2B tech, aviation, or hardware preferred). Strong communication skills and professional presence. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Shopify, HubSpot, ZoomInfo & AI a plus). Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a small business setting. Flexible team player willing and able to learn and extend transferable skills to other parts of the business as and when required. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and mobile phone. Bonus Points For

FAA Part 107 certification preferred (or willingness to earn it with our support). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in drones, aviation, robotics, marketing, software development, supply chain or procurement. Established professional network in defense, public safety, industrial or commercial aviation.
