Responsibilities
Manage high-volume hiring:
Fill numerous job openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, common in industries like retail, call centers, or logistics.
Source and screen candidates:
Attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Use technology to screen and filter applications, identifying qualified candidates from large pools.
Streamline the recruitment process:
Implement and manage the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to automate tasks like communication, scheduling, and paperwork.
Collaborate with hiring managers:
Work closely with department heads to define qualifications and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates that meet the business's needs.
Conduct preliminary interviews:
Perform initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates and gather information before passing them to the next stage.
Manage the candidate experience:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
