A wealth management team is seeking a highly skilled
Team Financial Advisor
to join the Team, supporting high-value Tier 3 clients with $500K–$750K in assets (approximately 100 households). This role will be central to delivering comprehensive financial planning, building deep trust with clients, and enhancing team capabilities.
The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with advanced analytical ability, ensuring clients receive strategic, data-driven advice while feeling personally understood and supported.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for Tier 3 clients, building and maintaining trust quickly and effectively.
Conduct thorough financial planning analysis using multiple planning software tools, providing actionable and clear recommendations.
Support the Senior Advisor and the broader team with client planning, presentations, and meeting preparation.
Proactively manage client relationships, handling advanced inquiries and ensuring all accounts remain compliant with firm and industry regulations.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and documentation to enhance client meetings and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and current client records, databases, and account files.
Contribute to marketing and client engagement initiatives, including events and educational programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience as a Financial Planner, Advisor, or in a client-facing financial services role.
Series 65 registration (or ability to obtain promptly); additional professional designations (CFP®, ChFC®, etc.) preferred.
Proficiency in financial planning software, portfolio management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable advice.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of investment concepts, financial markets, and applicable regulations (SEC, FINRA).
