The Reception team is responsible for greeting guests, selling golf, coordinating golf tee off timings for all guests, providing guidelines and instructions to the guests to ensure each guest is equipped with the information they need to enjoy Swingers to its full potential. Reception enables the delivery of the Swingers guest experience through great communication and coordinating effectively with management and adhering to the Swingers ethos, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage reception duties Sell golf and coordinate tee-off timings for guests Provide clear guidelines and instructions to guests to ensure a smooth experience Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry Hotel Front Desk and/or Maitre D\' experience is a plus Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.
