Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Analyst/Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the company’s fixed assets, ensuring accurate accounting, tracking asset lifecycle, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed asset management, accounting, and data analysis, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvement. Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite Responsibilities
Manage the recording, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Reconcile and maintain accurate fixed asset sub-ledger data Conduct periodic fixed asset audits and analyses to ensure data integrity Support annual audits related to fixed assets, providing necessary documentation and explanations Develop and maintain fixed asset schedules, reports, and dashboards for management review Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize asset management processes Assist in the implementation and enhancement of fixed asset systems and software Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to capital expenditures and asset lifecycle costs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting or related financial analysis Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and asset management modules Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards related to fixed assets Seniority level
