Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to all Fair Housing Laws and regulations. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; secure leases through effective sales and marketing techniques; develop competitive marketing strategies. Maintain detailed knowledge of the community, property features, and competitor offerings; build relationships with local businesses and realtors to attract new residents. Prepare lease documents, collect fees, coordinate service requests, and ensure vacant units are market-ready. Contribute to maintaining a welcoming office environment, plan community events, and manage social media postings in line with company policies. Collaborate with the team and uphold a professional demeanor to foster positive resident relationships and resolve issues diplomatically. Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma required; some college preferred. Leasing/Marketing experience preferred, but training is provided. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance must be maintained. Ability to work weekends. Above-average sales/leasing/customer service skills; computer experience in Windows, typing and data entry; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to walk the property and stairs daily for inspections and leasing.
