Realtor or Broker Partner

Haven Realtors , the residential sales division of our vertically integrated real estate company — complete with
property management, construction, and investment services under one roof. That means you can offer your clients more than just buying and selling — you can offer full-service real estate solutions. Investor experience (either personally or with clients) is a huge plus, but not required. This role is primarily
residential sales , with the chance to work with investors, developers, and small multifamily owners as you grow. What You'll Do
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and small multifamily deals Leverage Haven’s internal divisions (management, construction, capital) to better serve your clients Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and community presence Coach and mentor your agents to success Deliver world-class client experiences from first call to closing Track and manage production goals with accountability and transparency What You'll Get
