1st shift (United States of America) Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions while identifying client needs. Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience. Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities, referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs. Participate in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge through meetings, training, and web-based learning. Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies; stay informed of changes to ensure compliance. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects; handle work volume based on branch demands. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience Six months of client relationship building or sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to use PC and branch automation software Ability to multi-task under time constraints Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; occasional travel and overnight may be included Preferred Qualifications: One year of client relationship building or sales experience Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures Benefits
