Responsibilities
Source your own leads; success hinges on your ability to generate and convert opportunities. Reach out to prospects—this role emphasizes building relationships and a strong network; when you can start conversations anywhere, you’re the right fit. Dial a high volume of calls as needed (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day depending on activity). Visit open houses and engage with potential clients to expand the pipeline (examples given: 5 to 50+ per weekend). Grind beyond traditional hours, with work extending beyond standard 9-to-5 to include evenings and weekends as required.
