Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Tallahassee, FL with some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing and processing paperwork, and providing outstanding customer service. The agent will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends and networking to generate leads.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Live in or near the Tallahassee, FL area with the ability to service Leon, Jefferson, Gadsden, and Wakulla County
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM systems
