Junior Accountant
to join our client\'s Finance department. Position Overview
This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. The Junior Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting operations, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Responsibilities Of The Junior Accountant
Assist with processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Assist with preparation of financial reports and internal audits. Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the finance manager. Required Experience/Skills for the Junior Accountant
0 - 2 years of accounting experience (internships acceptable). Basic knowledge of GAAP and general accounting practices. Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Junior Accountant
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle). Exposure to payroll processing or sales tax filings. Previous internship or part-time role in an accounting or finance department. Education Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Benefits
