In the role of Senior Real Estate Services Appraiser, we'll count on you to:
Provide market value estimates in conformance with a variety of local, county, state and/or federal requirements
Prepare appraisals or review appraisal reports prepared by others involving valuation conditions, including partial acquisitions, entire acquisitions, and easement valuations and oversight for others in valuation and assessment roles
Lead others or work closely with large team as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience or equivalent combination thereof
Preference given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
May need to hold a General Certification license in the States where work is performed
Education specific to Eminent Domain acquisitions or Right of Way appraisal will be considered a positive attribute
An understanding of the requirements of the UASFLA (Yellow Book), the appropriate state Department of Transportation Right of Way manual(s), and USPAP
Experience with industry specific Appraisal forms is expected
MAI designation is a plus
