The Graduate Assistant assists the hiring department with assigned projects. Performs other duties as needed. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Must be a current student at Loma Linda University. Knowledge and Skills:

Able to read, write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access); operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment; relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; enforce policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, rules and laws; work calmly under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; manage multiple assignments; organize and prioritize workload; recall information accurately; pay close attention to detail; distinguish colors as necessary; hear and see adequately to perform job tasks.
