Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Plano, TX - 4 days in office/week One of Vaco's PE-backed environmental services clients with operations across the United States is looking to onboard a Financial Analyst due to growth of the company. They are looking for candidates that have traditional corporate finance, preferably in a multi-location environment where they are responsible for the financials for multiple entities or lines of businesses. Excellent growth opportunities (current Manager started out as an analyst four years ago and has promoted 3 times since) as well as a high visibility to leadership (leaner team). Candidates must be very Excel-savvy, adept at working with large sets of data from multiple sources and gleaning actionable analysis for the mgmt. team. Compensation: $80-90K + 5-10% Bonus Role
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying key trends and variances. Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to provide financial support and insight. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards and reports for management review. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives. Assist with preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and executive reports. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial analyses and reports. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday) preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including skills, experience, location, and business needs. The salary range is noted in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. Seniority level
