Accessory Product Designer ! QUALIFICATIONS Research, organize, and present trends, graphics, and color inspirations, while conducting necessary market research. Utilize a product lifecycle management (PLM) system to create and manage product lines. Interpret and integrate current trends into seasonal product development. Design seasonal line plans showcasing cohesive and market-ready products. Craft sketches within our Kids private label categories focusing on knitted and cut-and-sewn head and hand accessories, as well as ski products. Develop graphics and prints for our private brand products and collaborate on licensed graphics. Monitor and update styles through the product life cycle using the PLM system. Maintain daily communication with factories and the sales team to align on design objectives and account needs. Create comprehensive tech packs and line sheets. Assess product fit and develop specifications. Manage product master grids detailing color, size, construction, and sample tracking throughout the season. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Maintain a versatile and developed portfolio showcasing graphic and product design skills. Bring 3+ years of design/product development experience in accessories or apparel. Demonstrate expertise in product execution through product management software (PLM). Possess a creative and trend-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Excel in a collaborative environment working with diverse teams. Exhibit a passion for fan culture and pop culture products. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Have a positive, solution-oriented attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign; familiarity with WGSN and Edited is a plus. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A degree in Fashion Design or a related field. SALARY RANGE $60,000-$85,000 base salary. BUSINESS HOURS Our regular hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility as needed to meet business objectives. We offer a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day working from home once trained. Schedules may vary based on project deadlines.
