Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Specialty Nutrition Systems, Long-Term Feeding Account Consultant is responsible for the positioning and selling of Avanos Enteral Feeding related products and solutions within Acute Care and Alternate Site care accounts/facilities/departments. Responsibilities include all technical and conceptual sales aspects of the AVANOS Enteral Feeding product portfolio, including validation of product cost/value proposition, sustaining the existing book of business, and driving year-on-year sales growth in line with the AVANOS Enteral Feeding sales plan and territory objectives. Key Responsibilities

Sales positioning, analysis, and in-service implementation of all AVANOS Enteral Feeding product categories leading to year-on-year sales increases. Develop and demonstrate business value selling skills and overall AVANOS sales acumen. Develop and maintain expertise across the entire range of AVANOS Enteral Feeding products and service platforms. Implement selling and business activities developed by region, National Sales Director, and VP of Sales to meet sales objectives. Create and nurture high-value sales relationships with multiple decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts or markets. Develop and enforce contract and price negotiations/contract management to secure business with favorable margins. Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership, SOC/NICU/Clinical Education Specialists, internal partners, and customers. Utilize AVANOS Enteral Feeding sales and marketing resources and tools to meet objectives. Manage territory budget and utilize sales support resources in compliance with policy. Participate with Region Manager in strategic planning and execution. Follow compliance and credentialing requirements for access to customer facilities. Your Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree required At least 3 or more years of sales experience in B2B or the healthcare industry Proof of a successful track record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Evidence of ongoing personal and professional growth Proficiency with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Tactically assertive Comfortable in hospital settings Travel by car required Preferred: 5 years of medical device sales experience Experience selling capital equipment Experience in Enteral Feeding products and related disease states Candidate ranked in top 10% of sales force Hospital sales experience Salesforce.com experience Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an incentive compensation program and benefits.
